CommsLearning Trains “BT” in the UK
CommsLearning are working with BT across the UK to educate their Business sales teams on mobile network technologies and applications. The course has been designed to give their staff a solid understanding of mobile technologies and services as well as how things work behind the scenes. The resulting knowledge will allow them to better handle complex customer queries regarding mobility and it’s integration with the customer’s existing infrastructure.
This is a very interactive course, with lots of group exercises and opportunities to share personal experiences, as well as trouble shooting current issues.
