Instructor-led training or classroom training is one of the more traditional types of training that we deliver.
With many skills ‘in-house’ we train and teach from experience, which means our sessions always feel bespoke since we encourage engagement and interaction from the audience from the outset.
Whether you want a technical training session for engineers, an inspiring sales engagement course, or something a bit more process-driven such as ‘learning how to process and order’ we can help.
As advocates of blended learning, we know from experience that Instructor-led or classroom training can form part of a training solution alongside webinars or E-Learning.
To complement and support our team of permanent, in-house trainers, we have a wide network of external partners with a broad skill set.
We design our Instructor-led training in a bespoke way with you in mind, or you can pick & mix from our structured agendas. We will work with you collaboratively from the outset to ascertain what you want to achieve from the training and to collect as much information as possible to develop the content of the course. Our trainers are experienced facilitators and encourage questions and participation from the audience, giving your learners an engaging and enriching experience.
