A managed service can mean lots of things to different people. Managed services to us means providing additional resources or support to your internal training team, or taking over the functions of the team and becoming your outsourced training department.
Commercially it is very attractive to outsource some or all of an organisations training requirements. Companies can benefit from our economies of scale achieved through the industrialisation of services, reduce capital expenditure on IT systems and platforms and save cost on internal resources.
Managed services give you flexibility. They allow you to grow in a controlled manner, move into new markets without the risk of investing in infrastructure which may ultimately not be required; they can provide short term cover for resources or fill a skills gap. Our service gives you access to our hosted Learning Management Systems (LMS) with full tracking, reporting, loading and hosting of your course material. We can apply this to both your online and offline courses so your users can log-in to view their progress through their individual learning paths and be notified automatically when new material becomes available. Functionality such as course certification, learning paths and personalised dashboards can be integrated into the service.
Our Learning Management System is available 24x7x365, with service level agreements to support this. Our service is tailored made to meet your needs - we can host your material and courses, provide personalised management reporting, customised learning paths, document library and much more, all supported by a customer helpdesk with fault tracking and escalation integrated into your own internal service department.
